At TangyLicious, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:
You have to revert on the same day if the delivered product is damaged or spilled off.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no damage on packaging as well.
Your item needs to have the receipt/ photos/ video of unpacking or proof of purchase.
How to Raise a concern:

Once your concern is approved, we will provide you with a solution.
Refunds
Once we get the actual information of your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the problem.
You will receive the credit in 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info.tangylicious@gmail.com
Lost or Damaged :
If the item is reported as damaged post 1 day of delivery, we would not be responsible for any aspect of return or refund.
